Hey guys! This is a bit late in coming, but I have for you a review of the Lancome Grandiose mascara. I received this mascara from Influenster in return for an honest review. A few of the things Lancome promises is that it will provide access to all lashes from root to tip with no flaking for 24 hours while leaving lashes soft and supple. On to the review!

Packaging
I'm actually a sucker for packaging. If it looks pretty, I definitely get a case of the magpie desire if the packaging is either cute or pretty. The box it comes in is a pretty standard black box with the ingredients and company information. The product itself looks like a "luxury" type item to me. I love the shape of the tube and the rose in the handle.
Formula
The formula is smooth and creamy. It went on easily without clumping my lashes all together, or leaving thick "bits" on the ends of my lashes that I've gotten with other mascaras. One coat was enough to coat all my lashes evenly. After drying lashes are still soft and pliable and even if I wipe at my eyes there is minimal flaking.
Application
The very first time I used it, it was a little bit awkward because I needed a bit of time to get familiar with the swan-neck wand. I made a bit of a mess, but with a tiny bit of practice, I actually really like how easy it is to get to all of my lashes, even using my non-dominant hand. Either left or right handed I can get to the tiny lashes on the inside of my eye whereas I find this difficult with a normal straight wand. The brush itself fanned out my lashes nicely without having to go through it afterwards with a separate lash/brow brush. With my normal mascara I always have to go back and comb out my lashes since they get stuck together.
Wear and Removal
I went to bed with the mascara on and woke up this morning without it smeared or flaking everywhere. It came off very easy in the shower with my facial scrub I normally use.
Overall
Fantastic mascara in my opinion. It gives a bit of length, but I like the volume it gives to my lashes without giving that "fake lashes" look. The wand feels nice in my hand and I can get at lashes that were difficult previously. It retails for $35.00 Canadian, which I think is a tad high for a single tube of mascara, but I think for the most part it delivers on it's promises and if I had to repurchase it over other mascaras, I would definitely consider it.
